Guaymay Energy Alliance Credit Union is democratically controlled where one person is allowed one vote. It is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors who are elected by the members of the Credit Union during its Annual General Meeting [AGM]. Any member in good standing can run for election on the Board of Directors.
